Dispute Resolution

1. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

In compliance with Law No. 144/2015, of 8 September, regarding Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution, we inform you that in the event of a dispute arising from contractual obligations resulting from online sales or service contracts, the consumer may seek resolution through an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Entity.

Given that the Provider is based in Esmoriz (Ovar, Aveiro), the competent national authority for consumer conflict arbitration is:

2. European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, the European Commission provides a platform for the out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning online contracts. This platform is available to all consumers residing in the EU/EEA.

3. Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações)

In accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law No. 74/2017, consumers may register formal complaints via the official Electronic Complaints Book platform.
